Exercise is important! Just like the saying, “let food be thy medicine” I say “let exercise be thy medicine.” I find that exercise makes me feel generally better. I also believe in the common saying “use it or loose it”. So as much as I can I try to push the boundaries of my flexibility with Ashtanga Yoga. I also do faster movements within my flexible range (ie functional “mobility”, “movement” “dance”), and I push the boundaries of my strength (calisthenics ). Mostly these days that means I do a combination workout that I have named “Flowga” and also I hike, but in the past I have also enjoyed dodgeball, hatha yoga classes, Krav Maga, and gym workouts.
