Intermittent Fasting

I have only been doing intermittent fasting for about a month or so now (4-15-2017) but I can say this about it anecdotally, I am losing body fat and I sleep better.  I am trying to keep my eating window between 8:30am-5:30pm, which is a 9 hour eating window, which means that I am fasting for  15 hours every day.
