I have always loved playing sports, and dodgeball was always one of my favorites growing up. I like that it is team based, but you don’t have to rely on your teammates to get involved in the action. I think that dodgeball is an excellent form of exercise for whole body coordination and reflexes, and I sweat more playing it than any other sport. When I started playing again as an adult in 2002 there was only one main group putting together games, now known as the World Dodgeball Society, but today I think there are a lot more organizations. I was even on a dodgeball gameshow! Below you can see what was probably my best overall game of that season. These days I rarely play, but I do plan on getting back into some open gym games on Sundays with the World Dodgeball Society!
